Step- 2: Importing .QBO files to QuickBooks Desktop

  • Open QuickBooks and go to the Banking menu.
  • Click on Bank Feeds and select Import Web Connect Files.
  • Choose the .QBO file that you save on the desktop and click on Open.
  • A prompt will come up on the screen asking you to Select Bank Account.
  • If your account is already set up in QuickBooks, choose Use an existing QuickBooks account option. Otherwise, select Create a new QuickBooks account.
  • Click on Continue and select OK on the dialogue box.
  • You may now visit the Bank Feeds Center to check your transactions.

How to Reconnect Your Chase Account with QuickBooks?
